Cakes are made with either a moist Victoria Sponge or a mouth watering Chocolate
Sponge recipe, filled with raspberry seedless jam and a creamy butter cream.
Cakes can then be covered with soft fondant icing or butter cream. depending on the design.
I specialise in bespoke cakes, so no two designs will be the same. The cakes you see are just a sample of
what has been requested so far.
